Tomorrow's my birthday!!!
Friday's party was absolutely awesome!!!
My mom had this lady from the Body Shop come and host a makeover party..which sounds kind of
preppy-girlish...but it really wasn't..she gave us some really good tips, and the makeup was awesome...
and I have to say it...we looked hott.

It was pretty awesome!
Oh and I had my senior interviews that same day, and they went so well!!
The lady who interviewed me said that I was dressed very nice, I knew what I was talking about, I had honest answers, and my winning points were that I made eye contact, and I smiled a lot. She thought my resume was original and really good too. And when I got back, my child development teacher said I was already halfway to making my goal of becoming a daycare director! Once I get my certification and my associates degree from FCC, I can apply to become a daycare director once I'm twenty!! I also have straight A's right now, and I might be hanging out with this guy Mike from work....things are going so well right now! :D

So we put up our Christmas tree last night, and decorated it! Well...I had to work so I didn't get to decorate it much, but I did help with other Christmas stuff. It looks awesome! And we also set up our Christmas decorations for the front yard, but they're deflated right now, so I'll have to take a picture of htem later. I also went Christmas shopping today, and I spent $20 on two gifts....two!! And I still have 6 or 7 people to shop for. Yesterday at work, I was asking my manager Sam how his Thanksgiving was, and he was like it was horrible because my wife's mom can't cook, and then I was like well at least there's Christmas to look for to, and he was like ew I HATE Christmas, it sucks, the music sucks, everything about Christmas sucks! I was like yeah that doesn't sound like Scrooge or the Grinch, and he was like I've been told that before. He's a very negative person if you couldn't already tell.
OHHHH!!!! I saw the Brian Setzer Orchestra!!!! My mom took Erica and I to the 9:30 club to see them, and it was awesome!! We had a really good view, and we had a great time. There was some really cute guys there too....this one guy was wearing a Newport Beach jacket, and I got really excited. When Erica and I went to the bar to get some drinks, my mom said that he was checking us out the whole time...man he was a cutie!!! I didn't bring my camera because I didn't know if photography was allowed in the club or not, so I didn't get any pictures, but I did get a shirt, which I happen to be wearing right now...so observe!

Ello.
So!
97.1WASHFM is playing Christmas songs now.
Meaning...Sarah's getting into that mood again...
the Christmas mood!!
For those of you who don't know
(or that care)
The Christmas mood is where I break out
in random Christmas singing,
I talk about Christmas a lot,
If I'm just sitting around I want to Christmas shop,
I make a christmas livejournal layout even if it's crappy,
I go crazy looking for Christmas movies to watch,
(whether they be on TV or ones that we own...we own two.)
and I listen to nothing but 97.1WASHFM until December 25th.
For example:
I called Erica while she was at work the other day.
I had just finished watching Elf.
I had that song in my head that they sing while
that girl's in the shower
(you know the one....it's like baby it's cold outside...falalalalalaaaa)
and I went NUTS looking for another Christmas movie.
so I called Erica's cell, and it was her voicemail...
so I sang that song on her voice mail,
and then asked if she wanted to go Christmas shopping on Wednesday before the Concert.
GOD I love Christmas!

Ewwww I had strep throat for THREE days!!
This was the first time I had it...and it sucked.
Everytime I tried to swallow, it hurt so bad,
and I'd like convulse.
It was awful.
I asked my mom if strep throat was like chicken pox..
she laughed at me. :(
I called Holly today to see what I've missed in Child Development,
and she said that I had so much to do
and that Mrs.Lenzo was freaking out.
And I know that Mrs.Blick is going to have
soooooo many papers for me to grade tomorrow.
Lovely!
Well....at least I have the concert next week
with Erica to look forward to.
And after that......

A month from today, I'll be seventeen years old. SEVENTEEN!! I know that's not a big deal, but you only turn seventeen once, and I'll have so many more things opened up to me...for example, I won't feel like I'm breaking the law when I try to go see an R rated movie(when Erica and I went to see Saw 2, the guy asked for my license and I freaked because I'm not seventeen...but I don't think he cared because we saw it anyways...but yeah). And the coolest part is that I'm only one year away from being eighteen, which is an even BIGGER deal. so yeah...that's my revelation for today.

okay..so basically I saw Paul McCartney in CONCERTTTTT. that's right folks. I was little more than a hundred feet away from Sir Paul "Macca" McCartney himself. It was....amazing. I can't even describe it. Next concert: The Brian Setzer Orchestra with Erica as an early birthday present. Then the day after that is the football game at work. I was going to play, but I'd be the only other girl besides Missy, so Erica and I are just going to watch. I might jump in if I get bored...maybe not. So school's going good right now. I'm doing really well in Child Development,and AP lit, and I HAD a D in publications, but then I turned in an assignment, so now I have a B. So yeah...it's pretty suh-weet. And work is going really well. I love working with Erica, and I have the best managers ever. I get along with pretty much everyone...give or take a few people. But Erica and I saw Saw 2 last night, and I think I stretched out her hoodie because I was pulling on it so much. OH YEAH!! I got my senior memoribilia!! I ordered a shirt(which is like....huge on me), and a sweatshirt, and a memory book. The rest of my stuff is coming in Spring. I'm so excited...like it feel official now. And last night when I went to see my friend Frank at Hollister, we selected all these songs to play after the one that was playing, and some little girls oh look seniors! I was like omg awesome.

okay. So I was reading Michael's journal, because I wanted to see how he was doing. I went back to some old entries, and I found this entry where he said one of his co-workers(name of Erica..how ironic)reminded him of me...because of my TEMPER. But the thing is...I never had a temper with him..infact, we had a lot of good times together! I think there was only ONE time where I got mad at him because he was acting like a jerk, but then I was like well maybe he had a bad day and he's just not in a good mood. And I know that I never had a temper with any of his friends, because I liked his friends! I was just...quiet? I don't know. I don't regret going out with Michael, because I DID have a good time. UGH he just doesn't THINK sometimes!!! He's really smart....but he just doesn't know when to say the right things. Whenever we were together, he would talk about some of the people he'd met before, and some girl he went out with, and all of the stuff was really negative, and I'd sit there and listen, but I was thinking "why does he seem to be so bitter? is he going to say stuff like this about me if we break up?". I guess...he did. I'm just glad he found someone that's good for him. I like Yvonne, and they're definetly made for each other(no sarcasm intended...and I'm not being mean...it's the truth). I just don't understand why he feels the need to be so....mean. I honestly can't recall a time we spent together that was absolutely awful, because there was none. So why is he acting like going out with me was the worst thing ever?
